About Us

Higher satisfaction, lower workloads, continuous care

First Remote Health Resources (FRHR) is dedicated to helping people improve their health and quality of life by maximizing and improving their healthcare outcomes. We do this by bridging patients, families, caregivers, and providers through real-time connectivity. We believe this level of engagement can be achieved through FRHR’s cutting-edge technology, and that it is the ideal form of continuous care. When health systems build strong, clear relationships between patients, providers, and payers, benefits abound for every party involved.

Our in-home remote patient monitoring technology improves lives by improving patient outcomes and reducing provider costs by offering an uninterrupted connection between patients and providers. The continuous care elevates the quality of life for patients and is our driving factor, which is why our RPM solutions are continuously tested and updated as the industry evolves.

Founded in 2018 FRHR has been dedicated to outcome improvement from the start

Instead of seeing patients once or twice a year, providers can now see them in real time data now elevating guesswork. This helps engage patients and increase their satisfaction, while preventing potential catastrophic or debilitating patient events. With the goal of decreasing provider workload while simultaneously increasing the care and attention that patients receive, we are working to transform the landscape of at-home healthcare.

What We Believe

FRHR believes that real-time connectivity data now empowers everyone involved in the therapeutic process by increasing satisfaction to the patients and their families, the providers, and the insurance companies.

Our Mission

First Remote Health Care is focused on improving lives by helping improve patient outcomes. We support this mission by engaging and connecting patients to their providers daily, one device at a time.
